Let's think about charging batteries again.

As you probably know, batteries have a positive terminal and a negative terminal.

The point is, there’s two different terminals, and they're basically opposites.

And that’s the key to the two different frequencies.

You're essentially addressing the positive and negative terminal of your vibrations

so you can actually charge them!
